Two Experiences, One Visit

The Gold's Gym Prince George guest pass is more than a free workout. It's a real introduction to how we train, who we are, and what's possible when your program is built around you.

1-Day Full Facility Access

Train across our 21,000 sqft co-ed floor — 12 squat racks, multiple power racks, 150 lb dumbbells, Rogue specialty bars, leg press, cable stations, and full cardio. Women have full access to our dedicated Women's-Only Training Zone.

1:1 Trainer Consult

Sit down with one of our certified personal trainers. We'll talk through your physical goals — strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, longevity — and your dietary needs, and map out where to start. No upsell. Just a clear path forward.

Front Desk Check-In

Bring photo ID. We'll get you signed in, walk you through what's where, and answer anything you've been wondering about.

Brief Facility Tour

A quick walk through the main floor, the Women's-Only Zone, the Smoothie Bar, and the Gear Shop — so you know exactly where everything is when you train.

Train + Consult

Get your session in. Then your 1:1 trainer consult — built around your goals, your schedule, your starting point.

Come Prepared

What To Bring

    Driver's license, passport, or BC Services Card.

  • Training Clothes

    Whatever you train in. Indoor shoes required.

  • Water Bottle

    Refill stations on-site. Smoothie Bar if you want fuel.

Guest Pass FAQ

Is the guest pass really free?

Yes. One free day of full facility access plus a 1:1 consult with a certified personal trainer. No upfront payment, no commitment to join after.

How long is the trainer consult?

Plan for around 20-30 minutes. We'll discuss your physical goals, dietary needs, training experience, and outline a starting point that fits your life.

Can I bring a friend?

Each guest pass covers one person, but everyone can claim their own. Have your friend fill out their own request and we'll set you both up.

Do women get access to the Women's-Only Zone?

Yes. The dedicated Women's-Only Training Zone is included in the guest pass. Train there, on the main co-ed floor, or both. More about the Women's-Only Zone →

Is there anything I have to sign up for after?

No. The guest pass is a no-strings introduction. If you decide to join afterward we'll talk membership — if not, no awkward sales pitch.
